Rain, Rain Go Away

With all the rain that we have had, we have been stuck inside a lot. Any time that Carter sees a puddle, he is there. I try to avoid the situations, like taking him to get the mail with me. A few times Camdyn and Carter have played in the water running down the street. Carter doesn't mind getting wet, including sitting in the water. Carter could play in it for hours if we let him.
